Gov. Eduardo (Ian Veneracion) makes sure his family is secured as a result of a threat he had received.
Angelo (Daniel Padilla) and Lia (Andrea Brillantes) are both safe, however, Claudia (Angelica Panganiban) was reported missing by her body guards.
As Gov. Eduardo was leaving the capitol to go home, he was shot. Luckily, he was brought to the hospital immediately.
Angelo rushes to the hospital and heads straight to the ICU. He sees Mark (Dominic Roque) with a patient whose heart line has just gone flat. Mistaking the patient for his father, Angelo sits down and cries.
When Mark sees Angelo, he clarifies that he just helped out a person he saw outside and that Gov.
Eduardo is in his hospital room. Angelo wipes his tears and runs to find his father’s room.
Gov. Eduardo only suffered minor injuries, however, he plans to show the public that he’s in critical condition and that the suspect behind the crime are his enemies from the Lotteng issue.
Angelo overhears the conversation, and suddenly, the worry and care he feels for his father disappears.
“Obviously, you’re okay,” Angelo says to Gov. Eduardo before he walks out the door.
Meanwhile, Claudia has been taken to what seems like a faraway paradise. She has been given jewelry, clothes, and people to assist her in her needs. Her captor is yet to be known.
