Eduardo (Ian Veneracion) comes up to talk to his son Angelo (Daniel Padilla). He reveals that his wife Claudia (Angelica Panganiban) is making him run for senator.
He says that he is not the bad politician like Angelo sees him to be. Eduardo tells him that he will work hard to get that image out of Angelo’s mind.
David (Diego Loyzaga) tells Yna (Kathryn Bernardo) that it’s his birthday, making her to come with him to dinner. He then confesses that he was just bluffing and there’s really no occasion at all.
He says he just wants to talk to Yna and show him his true self. David shares stories about his past and tells Yna sad stories about his family.
Back at Yna’s place at the resort, Angelo sits patiently outside waiting for Yna. Her little brother joins him so Angelo decides to ask him questions Yna’s relationship with David.
Her brother informs Angelo that she’s out with David before Yna’s father Isko (Ronnie Lazaro) comes out and offers Angelo a cup of coffee.
Angelo continues to wait but gets disappointed when he sees Yna walking home beside David.
Right away, Isko tells Yna that Angelo has been waiting for her to ask her something but Angelo changes his mind and pretends to forget what it was about.
Angelo decides to go for it anyway but asks Yna if he could say it in private.
He kind of questioned her about her night with David before asking her out on a dinner date.
Angelo left immediately and so Cookie (Thou Reyes), who was watching the two from afar, rushes to Yna and asks her why was Angelo at their house.
